Fix system cannot operate CPU/SDRAM at 110MHz/110MHz if it powers on in jumperfree mode. Add "Graphics Window Size" setup item for AGP VGA. Support new CPU. Support I-Panel. Add "JTPWR Temperature" setup option. Add "AGP Capability" setup option. Change "VGA BIOS Sequence" setup option to "Primary VGA BIOS" setup option.
